Although there's still much time consuming fine detail to design and build, I'm getting into the "endgame"
now. The following is the short list of what needs doing.
And in no particular order: Screen behind homeplate, grass, warning track, infield dirt,
pitcher's mound bases and plate, additional outer facade work including painting and shading, sidewalks, ticket booths, additional
details for gates and lots of little things too hard to describe   Now Completed:
Box seat railings, bleacher railings, foul territory front fences, lower stands seat and concrete paint, seat paint, bleacher
paint, right field and left field upper deck media booths, lower roof, rain
gutters, mezzanine front
platform, bullpens, auxiliary scoreboards, exterior message boards, batter's eye in centerfield,
centerfield speaker, backwall and scoreboard ads, main scoreboard and supports, outfield walls and distance markers, foulpoles,
monuments and plaques, tarps, section signs, bullpen benches, additional dugout details, light towers, flags and flagpoles
